Clinical Features
– Imaging changes evident in most patients by 6 months after radiation
– Clinical changes began at a median of 1 month in one study
– Four domains most sensitive to disease and treatment
• Attention
• Executive Functions
• Memory
• Psychomotor Speed
– Usually progressive, no treatment available
• Underlying mechanism unknown
