RETAILER AGREEMENT
Please sign this agreement in which you acknowledge the following terms:
1. If sold online Typhoon Homewares LLC can only be sold at the manufacturer’s Minimum
Advertised Price (MAP) or up to 10% discount without preapproval. MAP can be found as listed
as MSRP on the Typhoon Homewares price lists.
2. All Typhoon Homewares images, selling features, copy, descriptions and videos must be
provided by Typhoon Homewares.
3. Typhoon Homewares products are not to be resold on 3rd party sites or other internet sites or
any distributors without prior approval.
4. Written approval is required to add your account to the following websites; Amazon
Marketplace, Ebay and/or any other marketplace outside your registered domain name.
Typhoon Homewares internet policy has been designed in a way that each customer can maximize
their sales of brand.
Our MAP policy is strictly enforced.
If you violate the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from your
account.
If you see Typhoon Homewares products advertised outside of our MAP agreement, please notify
us and we will address it immediately.
We appreciate your business and we look forward to a long and profitable association with you
and your store.
