8. The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is
hereby amended by: —
(a) the insertica after Form B ( i) of the Form set out
in Part I of the Second Schedule to these Regulations,
and
(b) the insertion after Form C ( i) of the Form set out
in Part II of the Second Schedule to these Regulations.
9. The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations
(as ?mended by Regulation 8 of the 1970 Regulations)
is hereby amended by the substitution for the Tabic
therein of the Table set out in the First Schedule to
these Regulations.
