Please have your order complete. Make a list of product numbers, quantities, and brief

descriptions. When ordering, please read the product number rst and the quantity

ordered second. Each product will be veri ed with a brief description. Due to rapid order

processing, additions or deletions to orders are not possible once an order is submitted.

HOW TO PAY

CREDIT CARDS:

If you wish to pay with a credit card, please have the card number, the

expiration date, the security code, the person’s name imprinted on the card, and the

billing address (street address and ZIP Code™) for the card being used available at

the beginning of the order.

All C.O.D. orders will have an additional $13.00 added to each box shipped.

C.O.D.–CHECK:

If you wish to pay with a company check, the name of your bank,

bank account number, bank routing number (A.B.A. number), and bank telephone

Returned, unpaid check charge is $30 per check and/or applicable attorney’s fees

for cost of collection.

C.O.D.–CASH:

If you wish to pay with cash, your order will incur additional handling

surcharges. Money (actual currency) for the amount of the order should be ready upon

delivery. Please note that neither a personal check, company check, cashier’s check, nor

money order will be accepted on orders coded as C.O.D.–CASH.

C.O.D.–CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:

If you wish to pay with a cashier’s check

or money order, please have the exact amount of the order drafted on the document

upon delivery. Please note that neither a personal check, company check, nor cash will

be accepted on orders coded as C.O.D.–CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE PREPAYMENT.

CLAIMS/DAMAGES

Your satisfaction is important! If you have concerns regarding damaged or defective

products, did not receive merchandise you ordered, or received incorrect merchandise,

please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Specialists at 800-972-7029 within

48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS

Please observe the following guidelines:

1. All returns must be authorized by a member of our Customer Service Department

prior to returning the merchandise. To obtain return authorization, call or email us:

. Upon approval,

the goods must be returned

with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including the brown

outer cartons.

Products not returned in this manner may be subject to refusal.

2. Returns must be made within

30 days

of the date of purchase.

3. Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return.

4. Misused or abused products may not be returned and will not be accepted/credited.

This includes balloons that have been punctured or cut.

5. Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of returned

merchandise.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking service charge.
