stir continuously over a slow fire until
ready to boil over. Then take from
the fire and pour into small punch
glasses. The whites of two eggs should
be well beaten with sufficient sugar to
thicken, and a spoonful should be laid
on the top of each glass. Put in the
cooler for a while before serving. This
may also be served warm if desired.
