asambleaza sunt

presate impreuna

Corpul nitului se introduce

in orificiul de nituire si capul

nitului se preseaza pe material.

Mandrina se impinge cu

scula de nituit si aluneca

in corpul nitului. Forta de

apasare creste rapid pana

cand capul mandrinei

atinge corpul nitului.

Structura si terminologie

Pop-niturile sunt compuse din doua parti:

1. Corpul nitului

a) Capul nitului:

partea superioara a nitului

bombat tesit lat

b) Trunchi: are diverse

lungimi in functie de

grosimea materialelor

care se asambleaza

prin nituire.

2. Mandrina

a) Capul mandrinei:

are rolul de a bomba corpul nitului

in cursul operatiei de nituire,

b) Punct de rupere:

locul in care se produce ruperea

mandrinei la incheierea operatiei

de nituire.

c) Parte utila:

segmentul de mandrina care

ramane incorporat in nit.

d) Parte detasabila:

segmentul de mandrina care se

detaseaza prin rupere la

incheierea operatiei de nituire.
