57, quality of items is unsaleable due to manufacturer defect. Please include lot number and expiration date.

58, received damaged Must include type of damage (ie: dented, crushed, broken, leaking, etc).
59, out of date Product outdated/short dated, according to UNFI/Select policy, must be reported upon receipt.

66, misordered Product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. All misorders are processed
