Retrocricoid neoplasms: only without cartilage/
cricoarytenoid joint involvement
Preservation of at least one mobile arytenoid
invasion of the thyroid/cricoid cartilage
invasion of the paraglottic space lateral to the true
vocal cord
deep involvement of the neck
involvement of the upper esophagus
required bilateral arytenoid resection
