OROPHARYNX
Tumor 2 cm or less in its greatest dimension
Tumor bigger than 2 cm but less than 4 cm in its greatest dimension
Tumor bigger than 4 cm in its greatest dimension
T4a:
tumor invades the larynx, deep/extrinsic muscle of the tongue,
medial pterygoid muscle, hard palate or mandible
T4b:
tumor invades lateral pterygoid muscle, pterygoid plates,
lateral nasopharynx or skull base or encases the carotid artery
