Dual Authorization /

Payment Approval

With Dual Authorization you can create a sense of security within your organization. You

can create an approval process so that a single user cannot draft and approve the same

transaction. Different transactions can be set up with different allowances and

restrictions. Restrictions include defining criteria like which account to pay from,

maximum amount, and types of transactions. You can set up dual enrollment rights when

creating a template, defining user roles, or at the company policy level. At ACNB Bank, we

require the use of Dual Authorization for all ACH originations and wire transfers.
