Getting Started: New User Enrollment
1.
Type
www.nusenda.orginto the address bar on your browser.

Go to the Internet Banking Login box on the Home page, and click the
New User
button to open the Internet Banking New Enrollment Account
Verification screen.
3.
Enter all the required information. When finished, click the
Continue
button.
4.
A new window appears congratulating you for successfully enrolling in
Internet Banking. Click the
Continue
button.

Note
: The details that you provide are verified by comparing them to
your contact information in our system. If the information does not
match, call us at 889-7755 (800-347-2838 outside the Albuquerque
area) to update your profile.

You are directed to a page where you need to select the delivery method for
your Secure Access Code. This page displays the contact information on file
for your account. Select either the phone, text message or email option that
enables Nusenda Credit Union to reach you immediately with your one-time
Secure Access Code.

When you receive your six-digit Secure Access Code, enter it in the access
code screen and click the
Submit
button. The Secure Access Code is valid for
only five minutes, and if it expires, you must request a new one.
7.
Now you can change your password. For your protection, you need to create
a password that meets the stated security requirements. Click the
Submit
button.
8.
An editable online profile screen appears for your review. Please review,
make any necessary edits and click the
Submit Profile
button to continue.
9.
Review the Terms of Service on the Online Banking and Mobile Banking page.
Please read and acknowledge that you agree to the conditions by clicking the
I Accept
button.
10.
You are then asked if you would like to register your device. If you register
your device, you will not have to generate a new Secure Access Code when
you use that device in the future.
11.
Congratulations! You are now logged into Internet Banking with Nusenda
Credit Union.
