unless notification is received in the Registry
within twenty-eight days from the date of

owner. Any such notification should state

Miscellaneous
We act for a lady who had a mastectomy in
1985, when she was aged fifty years.
Following her operation she was prescribed
the drug Tamoxlfwi. After approximately six
months she experienced a reduction in
vision in both eyes.
We would be interested to hear from any
other members of the profession who have
any knowledge of the said drug Tamoxifen
or who are aware of any litigation involving
same.
