Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-133+ is an ultra-
wideband MMIC 2-way, 90° hybrid
covering a wide range of applications
from 7 to 12.5GHz. This model is
capable of handling up to +32dBm
input power and provides 0.7dB
insertion loss above the 3dB theoretical
split, 19dB isolation, 0.7dB amplitude
unbalance and 3° phase unbalance.
This model is an ideal candidate for use
in higher-level integrated components
such as image reject mixers, single
sideband modulators, phase shifters,
variable attenuators and balanced
amplifiers. It comes housed in a tiny
24-pad, 4x4mm QFN package with no
external termination required.

Lumped Element Low Pass
Filter Passes DC to 137MHz
with Sharp Rejection
Mini-Circuits’ ULP-137+ is a surface-
mount, lumped element low pass filter
with a passband from DC to 137MHz.
This design provides very sharp
rejection with 86% slope from the 3dB
cutoff to 20dB rejection, and greater
than 40dB rejection from 200MHz to
3GHz. It provides 1.5dB typical insertion
loss in the passband and handles RF
input power up to 0.8W. The unit gives
designers the advantages of excellent
selectivity and high stopband rejection
in a miniature form factor occupying only
0.25x0.25” of board space. Designed
using miniature, high-Q capacitors
and chip inductors, it provides high
reliability, repeatable performance
across production lots and consistent
performance across temperatures from
-40°C to +100°C. The filter comes
mounted on printed wiring laminate
with Mini-Circuits’ TopHat feature to
maximize speed and efficiency of pick-
and-place assembly.

over its full frequency range with
typical insertion loss of 0.3dB, 1.05:1
VSWR up to 5GHz and 1.22:1 up to
12GHz. The adapter features rugged,
passivated stainless steel construction
and measures only 0.87”(l)x0.38”(dia.).

wideband, 50Ω termination capable
of absorbinig signals up to 1W from
DC to 6GHz. It provides 35 dB typical
return loss up to 6GHz, effectively
dissipating power with minimal signal
reflection. This model has an SMA-
Male Reverse Polarity connector
and features rugged construction
measuring only 0.58”(l)x0.37”(w).
