Spend a week with a local drum-
ming instructor/drum circle facili-
tator learning traditional African
drumming, improvisation with
rhythmical “instruments” and a
day pounding away on large balls
while getting in some fun physi-
cal and mental exercise. Camp
ends with a performance on day
