One-stop shopping is important to the

store’s customers, who come to the store

from Palmer and surrounding towns.

“We have good customers,” says

Sharon. “They’re very loyal.”

More important than pricing, the

couple says, is the availability of inven-

tory. “Our customers want to know they can

come into our store and get what they need,”

says Bill. “They aren’t extremely price-sensi-

tive, but they want a fair price. What’s most

important to them, though, is that we carry

the products they’re looking for.”
