“We have good customers,” says
Sharon. “They’re very loyal.”
More important than pricing, the
couple says, is the availability of inven-
tory. “Our customers want to know they can
come into our store and get what they need,”
says Bill. “They aren’t extremely price-sensi-
tive, but they want a fair price. What’s most
important to them, though, is that we carry
the products they’re looking for.”
