The estate owns 9.88 acres of old vine Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah

planted between 1930 and 1970. Zerran is stainless steel fermented,

undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel and is aged for

16 months in neutral French oak barrels.

Marco Porello

Nebbiolo d'Alba

2014

Porello’s first vineyards, planted with Nebbiolo, date back to the

1850s. Hand-picked fruit was destemmed, pressed and fermented in

temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days.

Aged one year in Slavonian oak barrels (2500 liters).

Klein Constantia

Sauvignon Blanc, Constantia

2014

Founded in 1685, Klein Constantia is a 925 acre estate located in

Cape Town, South Africa. The grapes were fermented in stainless

steel and aged on its lees for seven months, after which,

the various lots were blended together and bottled.

Cognac Tiffon

VS Cognac, NV

Founded in 1875 by Mederic Tiffon, VS Cognac, or “very special”

cognac, is aged for at least two years prior to bottling and is the

youngest expression in the cognac line. Made with grapes from

the Fins Bois and Bon Bois regions.

Single Vineyard Cognac, NV

Voted the best spirit in the world, a 1980 vintage Armagnac bottled by

Darroze. Domaine de La Poste comes from the Tenareze region of Armagnac,

and is slightly more congac-like than some of the Bas-Armagnac

bottlings as it is made from 100% Ugni Blanc, the cognac grape.

An aperitif, Pineau des Charentes from cognac house Tiffon is

produced ​from Cabernet Franc and Merlot. After fermentation in

stainless steel, the must is blended with Cognac eaux-de-vie from the

Fins Bois region and aged in French oak barrels for two years.
