important ordering information
Eligibility requirements Must operate a bonafide
vitamin and health supplement retail establishment in a
commercially-zoned area and provide proof thereof and
must offer products for sale to the general public.
Terms All accounts are C.O.D. unless previous
arrangements have beenmade. All accounts must
complete a credit application prior to receiving an
account number. Initial orders for all NEWcustomers shall
be payable via money order or certified check. Monthly
orders are required to maintain active account status.
If monthly order frequency is not maintained account
status may be inactivated without prior notice. For UPS
deliveries there is a service charge of $15 for C.O.D.
payments. C.O.D. charges apply to all orders under the
$150 minimum.
Minimum order $150 to qualify for free shipping to your
area. For orders under minimum, a flat $20 shipping/
handling charge will apply.
Delivery Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service.
Orders can be shipped by Common Carrier or Air Service
at an additional expense. There are times when it is
uneconomical to ship your order under normal terms
of business, and in such cases a shipping charge may be
added. Orders purchased by 1pmEST or earlier will be
shipped out same day.
Prices Due to supplier cost increases, prices are subject to
change without notice. Prices will be confirmed on phone
orders as requested. Select Nutrition is not responsible for
typographical errors. Terms and specifications are subject
to change at any time without notice.
Payment Please note your account number and invoice
number(s) on your check. This will avoid any confusion
as to what you are paying. Checks returned unpaid are
subject to a $25 penalty and loss of volume discount.
Delinquent accounts are subject to a finance charge
of 1.5% per month (18% annually) and the loss of
volume discount.
