The New Jersey chapter of CAI-NJ hosted the Board Leadership Develop-
ment workshop on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the chapter headquarters in
Freehold. Twenty-eight community board members and property managers
were in attendance and learned the role of the board, the president and
other leadership positions. The modules included governing documents,
communications, financial management, association rules and conflict res-
olution. The program was facilitated by David Byrne, Esq. of Ansell, Grimm
& Aaron, PC., Carol Koransky, CPA of Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. and Martin
Laderman of mem property management.
