Never stop high doses of strong opioids if used for at

least 3 weeks, nut down titration

(patch (25µg/h ~ 100 mg M po/d !!!)

=> Withdrawal symptoms !!

-diarrea, abdominal colics

-arythmia

-swetting, tachypnoe, delirium

-”as if I started to die”
