• Small patient numbers treated in prospective trials
• Local tumor control appears favourable
• Very limited overall survival, similar to Cx only
• High rates of severe GI toxicity
SBRT with moderate intensity to complement
systemic Tx with effective but well tolerated
local Tx
Should not be practiced outside of
prospective trials
