Enter the diagnosis codes either by using the TAB button to get to the next row or by clicking in
the Prefix column of the next row.
As shown in the following screen shot, P will automatically be displayed and this can be changed
if required by choosing one of the options from the drop-down list.
To enter a morphology code you must first change the Prefix to M. An error message will be
displayed if you enter a morphology code with the wrong prefix. Similarly, an error message will
appear if you start to enter a non-M code with an M Prefix.
