4.11 ADD A COMMENT
When you have marked an episode as complete you are given the option to add a comment
about the episode.
If you wish to add a comment about the episode as a whole (e.g. operation report was missing),
click on the ADD COMMENT button and add text in the COMMENTS box as shown in the
following screen shot, then click SAVE.
It is not mandatory to add a comment.
