The ERRORS report prints out a list of errors for the selected type such as Incorrect
Principal diagnosis as seen below, or reason for error such as Australian Coding
Standard

AUDIT DETAIL REPORT
At the bottom of the Coding Audit screen there is a button labelled AUDIT DETAIL REPORT,
which exports into excel and lists all the data items uploaded from the hospital system and
entered by the auditor, which makes it useful for data extraction and manipulation.
