After selecting the Episode Fields report there are a number of reports which are available to
select.
Tick box the specific field or tick box the ‘Check all’. This will either provide you a report for all
the episode fields or the specific report selected. Click Run Report.
Screen shots as shown below.
Individual reports will be provided as per the selection criteria ticked. Listed are: Admission date,
Admission time, Discharge date, Discharge Time, DOB, sex, Type of Episode of Care, HITH days,
MV Hours, ICU Hours, Admission Weight, Leave Days, Mental Health Legal Status, Separation
Mode, Source of Referral, Mode of Admission, Indigenous and Funding Source.
