TROUBLESHOOTING

ROUPER IS NOT WORKING
(
ONLY RELEVANT IF USING GROUPER
ON
PC
OR LAPTOP

To run the grouper in IE we need to activate Active X. To activate ActiveX Control and
Command Line Call from Internet Explorer, follow the steps below:

Open Internet Options from Tools
‐
Go To Security Tab -> Select Trusted Sites -> Click on Sites button
‐
A new window will open

Add
http://www.resicat.com.au/resicat/to the list of sites and close the
window
‐
Set Security level for this zone to
Low
by dragging slider to bottom
‐
Uncheck Enable Protected Mode if checked -> Apply -> Ok
‐
Restart Internet Explorer

YSTEM IS HANGING
Close ResiCAT and log in again. Data you had entered will have been automatically
saved. If the problem recurs contact the Resolutions office so it can be investigated.
