THE SOCIETY'S FINAL

EXAMINATION.

The Council have decided that from the Autumn

Final Examination 1955, inclusive, an apprentice

shall be entitled to take Papers i,

z,

and 3 as Part I

of the Examination and Papers 4, 5, and 6 as Part

II of the Examination, and that any apprentice

who reaches the requisite standard in either part

shall be excused further examination in that part.

Parts I and II may be taken together or separately.

An apprentice who takes Parts I and II together

may on attaining the requisite standard be excused

from further examination in either part.

The existing regulations with regard to

the

Overend and Findlater Scholarships will not be

affected. Competition for the Scholarships will be

confined to apprentices who take Parts I and II

together.

Fees:

The fee payable on first entry for both or

either parts is £12, which will cover one attendance

at each part. A renewal fee of £4

THE SOLICITORS' BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION

The Association, which operates throughout the whole of Ireland, cares for Solicitors, their wives,

widows and families, who have fallen on hard times.
