Retrospectively reported severe late morbidity 5-7% with

MRI guided IGABT. However, mild and moderate are

more frequent and may negatively affect QoL.

Retrospective reporting has inherent limitations.

Most frequently reported symptoms include:

• Bladder: frequency, incontinence

• Rectum: proctitis

• Bowel: diarrea, bowel cramps

• Vaginal: stenosis, dryness

• Other: hot flushes
