Take home message: primary CTV
Significant inter-fraction variations have been
reported: 5-40mm
Uninvolved uterus is NOT the most critical target
Clinical practise:
~15-20mm is common for CTV-T LR to PTV margin
Be aware of rectal filling at time of treatment planning! E.g.
threshold of 40mm diameter of filling.
