2700MHz
Mini-Circuits’ TPLX-F2700+ is a
50Ω high-performance surface
mount triplexer with a low pass
channel from 1 to 512MHz, band
pass channel from 608 to 1000MHz
and high pass channel from 1400
to 2700MHz. The channels are
well isolated with 20 to 30dB co-
channel
rejection,
minimizing
interference. Typical insertion loss
of 0.8 to 1dB provides excellent
signal transmission from input to
output. The triplexer is capable of
handling up to 1W RF input power
and comes housed in a miniature,
shielded package (0.73x1.35x0.35”)
with wraparound terminations for
excellent solderability.

Mini-Circuits’ PHA-101-D+ is an
advanced, ultra-high dynamic range
MMIC amplifier die supporting
applications from 0.05 to 1.5GHz.
This model provides 15.2dB gain,
+26dBm P1dB, +45dBm OIP3,
and 4.0dB noise figure. It provides
excellent matching over its full
frequency range without the need
for external matching components.
Industry leading IP3 performance
relative to device size and power
consumption makes this model
ideal for use in driver amplifiers
for complex waveform upconverter
paths, drivers in linearized systems,
and secondary amplifiers in high-
dynamic-range receivers. The
amplifier die is available from
stock in gel-paks of 5, 10, 50, and
100KGD, and in partial and full
wafers by request from authorized

surface mount directional coupler
supporting applications from 5
to 2250MHz including VHF/UHF,

mainline loss, 17dB return loss,
15dB directivity, and RF input power

Mini-Circuits’
DAT-15575A-PP+
digital step attenuator provides
attenuation from 0 to 15.5dB in
0.5dB steps for applications from 1
to 2500MHz such as base station
infrastructure, power amplifier
distortion cancelling loops, CATV,
DBS and more. Produced using a
unique CMOS process on silicon,
this design offers the performance
of GaAs with the advantages of
conventional CMOS devices. It
provides excellent attenuation
accuracy (typically within 0.1dB),
18dB return loss, and +55dBm
IP3. The attenuator is controlled
by a 5-bit digital parallel control
interface and is immune to latch-up.
It operates on a single +3V supply
with very low power consumption
and comes housed in a thermally
efficient 4x4mm package
