The
Gators in the Kitchen
cookbook is
now on sale. Created by Upper School
students Nicole Yoannou, Anna Wellner
and Isabelle Vettese in honour of Havergal’s
120
th
anniversary, the cookbook features
dozens of recipes from HC community
members. They include Holgate’s Green
Smoothie, Teddy’s Spicy Mediterranean
Eggs-travaganza and Nurse Miller’s
Healthy Granola. With this cookbook, all of your mealtime and
entertaining needs will be met. It is now on sale at the Green &
Gold Shop for only $10 and would make a great Christmas present
for the advanced or beginner chefs in your family! All proceeds
from the sale of the cookbooks go to our community partnerships.
COMMUNITY EVENT
Carol Service: A Festival of Lessons and Carols
Tuesday, December 16, 2014 • 7 pm
St. Paul’s Bloor Street at 227 Bloor Street East
Havergal’s Carol Service is a rich tradition of music and readings
for Christmas. We hold the annual service at St. Paul’s Bloor Street,
our original parish church, which is large enough to accommodate
the entire Havergal community, including students, parents, Old
Girls, families and friends.
The Junior School will host holiday concerts for their families on
the following days:

Kindergarten Christmas Concert:
Friday, December 12 at 2 pm
•
Grades 1 to 6 Carol Service:
Monday, December 15 at 6 pm
