process,
together with the evidence of
service by affidavit of the person effecting
the service verified by notarial certificate,
and particulars of charges for the cost of
effecting such service.
(5.) The particulars of charges for the
cost of effecting service shall be submitted
by the Solicitor aforesaid to a Taxing
Master of the Supreme Court, who shall
certify the correctness of the charges, or
such other amount as shall be properly
payable for the cost of effecting service. A
copy of such charges and certificate shall be
forwarded to His Majesty's Treasury by
the Master of the King's Bench Division.
(6.) The Master of the King's Bench
Division shall transmit to His Majesty's
Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs the
Letter of Request for service received from
th? foreign country, together with the
evidence of service, and a copy of the
charges and the Taxing Master's c ertificate,
duly certified, for use out of the jurisdic
tion. Such certificate shall be in the Form
in the Schedule to these Rules, which may
be cited as Form No. 12, Appendix J., of
the Rules of the Supreme Court (Ireland),
1905.
2. Upon the application of the Treasury
Solicitor in Ireland, with the consent of His
Majesty's Treasury, the Court or a Judge may
make all such orders for substituted service
or otherwise as may be necessary to give
effect to these Rules.
