Coffee breaks will be held outside of the meeting rooms where tea and coffee will be provided
free of charge to all participants.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings of the Windsor Excelsior Hotel.
Meals
The welcome reception, coffee breaks, and banquet are included in the registration fee.
Social Events
Welcome Reception with light hors d’oeuvres will be held in the Miramar at the Windsor
Excelsior on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 18:00 – 20:00.
Name Badges
Name badges are required to enter all scientific sessions and poster sessions. Please wear your
badge throughout the conference.
