It is time for our 2017 Employee Benefits open enrollment. We value your contributions to our
success and want to continue to provide you with a competitive and comprehensive benefit package.
Healthcare costs continue to rise and we have worked hard to keep our plan affordable. We are
excited to announce that medical plan payroll deductions will remain the same this plan year and we
will be making no plan design changes. We have decided to renew our dental and vision plans with
BlueCross/BlueShield again this year and our plan designs will stay the same. There will be a small
increase to dental payroll deductions. Open enrollment will begin on Monday June 19th and continue
until Friday June 23rd. Please use the directions below to make any needed changes. Remember this
is your only opportunity to make plan changes until open enrollment next year unless you have a
qualifying life event such as marriage, death, birth, and loss of other coverage.
