MR. FREDERIC E. BERMINGHAM, Solicitor,
died on the 16th November, 1935, at his
residence, Weston, Alma Road, Monkstown,
County Dublin.
Mr. Bermingham served his apprenticeship
with the late Mr. John Doherty and the late
Mr. M. Cartan O'Meara, both of Dublin;
was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1907, and
practised under the style of Montgomery and
Chaytor, at 13 Molesworth Street, Dublin.
MR. FRANCIS C. EARLE BLAND, Solicitor,
died on the 20th November. 1935, at his
residence, Raglan House, Clyde Road,
Dublin. '
Mr. Bland served his apprenticeship with
the late Mr. William Fry, Dublin, and was
admitted in Trinity Term, 1877.
The first
award of a Findlater Scholarship was that
made to Mr. Bland. He practised as a
member of the firm of Anderson and Bland,
at 10 Saint Stephen's Green, Dublin, i;p to
1934, when he retired.
Mr. Bland was a member of the Council of
the Society from 1892 to 1912, and a Vice-
President of the Society for the year 1897-98.
He was Secretary of the Solicitors' Bene-
volent Association "from 1886 to 1926.
MR.
'\YILLIAM HENRY, Solicitor, died on
the 30th November, 1935, at Dublin.
Mr. Henr}' served his apprenticeship with
his father, the late Mr. James Henry, Dublin ;
was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1901, and
practised under the style of Henry, Son, and
Galloway, at 11 Molesworth Street, Dublin.
He was a member of the Council of the
Society from 1922 to 1924.
