Toxicity - Early
Diarrhoea, anaemia, rectal discomfort, fatigue, urinary
frequency, dysuria, erythema, dry/moist desquamation,
renal impairment, bone marrow suppression
- most of these are self-limiting but may be enhanced by
coexisting conditions
eg inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes
