Teammate Safety
The goal of the Safety Leader
Profile is to provide guidance to
our Operations Partners for the
Safety Leader role and responsibilities.
It is important that teammates chosen
to be Safety Leaders understand the
role and its responsibilities.
Teammate Safety projects that Safety
Leaders will spend an average of
five hours per month on Safety
Leader meetings, calls and training.
As Teammate Safety begins to roll out
new programs, it will be imperative for
our Safety Leaders to possess these
necessary skills and characteristics
to be successful in their role as
Safety Leaders.
