Assignment
Supervise a client in running a home. Create a plan of action to support the domestic task.
Provide an explanation in the plan of action. Involve:
the way in which you anticipated the requirements and wishes of the client
your choice for the resources and materials
how you worked according to the care plan
how you apply the organisation’s rules and procedures in the execution of the
domestic support
the evaluation of your support
Carry out
the domestic task for which you have created the plan
.
Result
According to his/her requirement and wish, the client has received support with the proper
resources and materials.
Evidence
Provide the following items of evidence:
A fully completed assessment form substantiated by the examiner
An elucidated plan of action for the support in running a home
