Should this account be terminated due to forfeiture/foreclosure/Trustee’s Sale of the
Payor’s interest, any funds in the reserve account shall, upon closing of this account, be
paid to Payee, unless otherwise directed.
The Service Fee for establishing the reserve account shall be paid by Payor as well as all
periodic service fees for maintaining said reserve account. The tax service contract fee
shall be paid by Payor.
