Sec. 58-11. Riders must stay inside vehicle.

No person when riding shall allow any part of his body to protrude beyond the limits of

the vehicle in which he is riding, except to give such signals as are by law required, and no

person shall hang on to any vehicle whatsoever.

Sec. 58-12. Limitations of riders in front seat.

No driver of or person in charge of any motor vehicle shall permit more than three

persons, including driver, to ride in the front, or driver's seat of a motor vehicle.
