this ordinance after at least one written or oral warning for violation has been issued by the town
enforcement personnel for the same water customer at the same address during the same period
of mandatory conservation.
(d)
Those who violate the mandatory water conservation measures invoked under this
ordinance will receive one written or oral warning for violation. Any subsequent violations will
be subject to civil penalties of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and
$500 for the third and each subsequent violation thereafter.
