Cutting Tools
HSS Z
1
90°
Design:
HSS, 90° countersink angle, with cylinder shank. With
evenly running special taper-ground in the cone coat. The good
blade geometry results in a light, spiral cut. The chips are pushed
up in the shank direction by the inclined hole and cannot damage
the countersink. This makes the countersink round and protects the
machine spindle.
Application:
Suitable for light and chatter-free hole deburring and
countersinking.

90°
Design:
HSS, Co5. 90° countersink angle. With evenly running special
taper-ground in the cone coat. The good blade geometry results in
a light, spiral cut. The chips are pushed up in the shank direction by
the inclined hole and cannot damage the countersink. This makes the
countersink round and protects the machine spindle.
Application:
Suitable for light and chatter-free hole deburring
and countersinking. Equally suitable for almost all materials due to
the excellent cutting properties. Sharpening is possible by simply
resharpening using an abrasive pencil on the blade front.
