Cutting Tools

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type HF, DIN 6527, 30°/32°,

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50 % higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for rough milling. The fine cord toothing

produces small chips which are easy to remove. This improves tool life

and achieves a better surface finish. The irregular spiral lead 30°/32°

results in low-vibration running and thus a very high surface quality.

A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional tools.
