Profile grinding, steam tempered surface, right cutting, with precise point geometry.

Point thinning according to DIN 1412, form A. Normal angle of rake, core thickness and

core gradient. Drilling and countersinking are produced in a single step, aligned to each other.

The cutting speed is orientated towards the large diameter, the feed towards the small
