Design:
Housing protects the dovetail guides, chrome-plated, shockproof, bearing for lever
gauge shaft in precision ball bearings, movements bearing supported with rubies, automatic
switching of measuring direction, housing with three milled dovetail guides for holding the
clamping shaft (∅ 8 mm h6), measuring insert 1.6 with 2 mm ∅ carbide ball, rotating outer ring.
Supplied with key, in plastic case.
Application:
To check the concentricity of shafts and sleeves, for centring bore holes, alignment
of surfaces and parallelism inspections.

Design:

the lever movement is switchable. Support on top and bottom clamping shaft (∅ 8 mm h6).

Lever gauge with pivoting measurement sensor
Design:
Metal housing, with revolving scale dial and patented shock absorber in the measuring
instrument. Two revolving clutch discs in the lifting system protect against overload.
Measurement in two directions possible due to automatic switching of the movement.
The consistent running direction of the pointer permits error-free reading; not sensitive to
magnetic fields, movement with 7 rubies. Ball bearing lever system with 240° pivot range
of measuring insert, very low measuring force.
Measuring force with measuring insert 12.53 mm: 0.15 N, with 36.53 mm: 0.06 N.
Monoblock housing with 3 milled dovetail rails. Supplied with measuring
insert M1.4 with ∅ 2 mm, a wrench for measuring insert and a clamping shaft ∅ 8 mm,
in plastic case.
Application:
Ideal for difference measurements, e.g. on the test plate, measurement of shape
and position deviations, in particular of concentricity and axial run-out.
