At the end of December 2016, care packages full of
goodies were delivered to BL’s Field Personnel.

Justine Ziobron performed a semi-final inspection for
a new bridge carrying Society Road over I-95 in East
Lyme, CT.
BL prepared the preliminary design (up to 30%
complete), including the new alignment as part of our
Bridge CLE services contract with CTDOT.

BL is part of the team (we’re working for HNTB Corp.) selected for the I-84 Mixmaster Project. This is a very high-profile
infastructure project for the State of CT and is estimated to cost several billion (!) dollars. A huge effort was put in by the
