- Click on the “Select a Plan” button
To Search for PPO Providers,
In the Select type of plan drop down menu, select “Shield PPO”.
To Search for HDHP with H.S.A Provider,
In the Select type of plan drop down menu, select “Shield PPO”.
To Search for HMO Providers,
In the Select type of plan drop down menu, select “Access+HMO”. In the Select Sub Plan drop down menu, select
“Access+HMO”.
