and/or work out the extent to which the protocols and guidelines of the organisation are adhered
to, with the objective of improving the activities.
Create a plan of action for this improvement plan. Take into account the institution protocols and
guidelines and legal frameworks

Carry out the plan for improvement. Encourage colleagues to carry out the improvement plan.
Write a report of the course of the improvement plan.
