2017-2018 Sports Inc ICE Program
Terms & Freight
•
ICE pricing is effective August 1, 2017, and is subject to change.
•
Minimum order is $1,000 shipped to single destination, in standard case pack
quantities.
•
Payment terms are 1% 30, Net 45 Days.
•
Any Humminbird special orders...
– With case pack breaks will be assessed a $10 fee per broken case pack.
– Under $1,000 will be assessed a special order $10 fee.
•
Applicable product on the Humminbird ICE price list with invoiced amounts of
$6,000 or more shipped to a single destination will ship Freight Prepaid.
– Orders must be marked
“ICE FREIGHT”.
•
Invoiced amounts less than $6,000 will ship FOB Origin - Freight Collect.
– Consignee may also request FOB Origin – Freight 3rd party OR Freight Prepaid and
Add.
– We reserve the right to select carrier if consignee carrier misses a scheduled pick-up
appointment.
•
All goods are intended for domestic USA sales only.
Booking Special
•
One order of Humminbird ICE price list product may be submitted by August 15, 2017
requesting a ship date on or before October 1, 2017.
•
Order must be tagged
“ICE BOOKING SPECIAL.”
•
Please alert customer service prior to purchase order transmission for those who use EDI.
•
Orders greater than $3,000 for a single destination ship freight prepaid and receive
•
1% 30, Net 45 Day payment terms.
•
Orders greater than $6,000 for a single destination ship freight prepaid and receive
February 15, 2018 payment terms.
•
The following items will be processed with a discount…
– $5 off of ICE-35 Flasher
– $10 off of ICE-45 Flasher and ICE Helix 5 CHIRP GPS G2
– $15 off of ICE-55 Flasher and ICE Helix 7 CHIRP GPS G2
– 5% off of Retailer Cost on all Electronic Charts

Booking specials are available only to active buying group members with “brick and mortar”
marine electronics retail stocking locations. Johnson Outdoors Marine Electronics, Inc.
reserves the right, at our discretion, to determine eligibility for dealer booking special
participation.
•
Booking specials are not eligible for any other promotional support monies.
