Paul is planning to have the volunteers build their section/software and

compare that to Caryn’s spreadsheet. Then compare the two

spreadsheets to validate them.

Qian will build her spreadsheet next week.

Paul will call Jane to explain what is needed.

Changes to Appendix J are included in page 33 of the meeting briefing

book. For example

As a reminder we want to consider the following in the revised

TOR:

i.

Could allow people to participate in the committees,

while not being a member of the committee

This would allow more people to help with the

work, such as reviews

ii.

To allow such participatory members, the Terms of

Reference could describe this type of participation, how

many such people are allowed, and how these people can

move into full committee membership. These

participatory people would not be able to vote on

committee items.
