Design:
90° countersink angle. Radial taper-ground, with straight
clamping slots and clamping frames ground from full pieces. Also
provided with cutting and clearance angles for the most common
materials. With hexagonal shaft.
Application:
Suitable for universal chatter and burr-free tapping,
countersinking, milling and deburring work. The countersink bit can also
be used as a hand deburrer together with the corresponding activation
tools such as grips, toggles or ratchets with a 1/4" hexagon mount.
Recommended for steels up to 850 N/mm
2
and Al, Al and Mg alloy,
limited suitability for steels up to 1000 N/mm
2
.

Countersink bit set 90° with hexagonal shaft
Design:
Tap bit, 1/4" hexagon mount for metric ISO thread according
to DIN 13.
Application:
Cutting tap bits are designed for thread tapping with
cordless screw drills and handheld drills with left and right motion.
However, they are also suitable for tapping by hand and on stationary
drilling machines. Your cordless screw drill should have a minimum
power of 7.5 Volt. Make sure that the tool axis and hole axis are
precisely aligned and use appropriate cutting oil.
